1. BioNTech, Pfizer vaccine

Very common:

• Headache
• Joint aches
• Muscle aches
• Pain at the injection site
• Tiredness
• Chills
• Fever
• Swelling at the injection site

Other less common side effects are also possible.

Side effects can be more common after the second dose.

2. CanSino vaccine

The most common adverse reaction  after vaccination are fever, redness, swelling and pain in the vaccination site. Usually, a reaction can be relieved by itself within 96 hours, and no special treatment is required.
